Variété française de pruneaux, le Pruneau d’Ente est reconnu sous l’appellation Pruneaux d’Agen. Il s’agit de la même variété, cultivée selon des standards de qualité et de luxe rigoureusement respectés.
Cependant, l’implantation de l’entreprise à Aïn Ouessara ne permet pas l’obtention de l’appellation officielle « Pruneaux d’Agen », celle-ci étant strictement liée à une origine géographique spécifique en France.
النوع الفرنسي من البرقوق المجفف هو برقوق "دانتي" (Pruneau d’Ente)، المعروف باسم برقوق "أجان" (Pruneaux d’Agen). وهو نفس الصنف، ويتم إنتاجه وفق معايير جودة وفخامة صارمة.
غير أن موقع الشركة في عين وسارة لا يسمح بالحصول على التسمية الرسمية "Pruneaux d’Agen"، نظراً لارتباط هذه التسمية بمنطقة جغرافية محددة في فرنسا وفقاً للقوانين المنظمة لها.

Dans l’univers du pruneau, nul n’a atteint un tel niveau d’excellence. Nous avons tout sacrifié pour nos clients, afin de leur offrir un produit à la fois délicieux et véritablement nourrissant. Nés de l’unité. Forgés par la conviction.
En 1989, alors que l’Algérie manquait de pruneaux malgré une forte demande liée aux traditions culinaires, deux frères ont vu bien plus qu’un simple besoin du marché.
Ils ont vu une mission.
Dans un petit garage à Blida, sans machines, sans investisseurs, sans garanties, les frères Driouech ont commencé à écrire une histoire de persévérance.
Les années 90 furent difficiles.
Crise.
Sécheresse.
Doute.
Pas d’eau.
Pas de technologie.
Pas d’ouvriers.
Pas de budget.
Seulement une vision.
Là où certains voyaient le désert, ils imaginaient des vergers.
Là où d’autres voyaient le risque, ils voyaient une responsabilité.
Ils ont choisi Djelfa… le Sersou… une terre que beaucoup pensaient stérile.
Mais l’unité donne la force.
Et la conviction crée des racines plus profondes que l’eau.
Avec les années, les fermes sont apparues.
Le scepticisme s’est transformé en respect.
La tradition a rencontré l’innovation.
Des marques comme ElMazraa et Prunida sont devenues des symboles sur les tables du Ramadan à travers le Maghreb.
Mais le rêve ne s’est pas arrêté là.
Ils ont maîtrisé la richesse des pruneaux californiens.
Ils ont adopté l’élégance des Pruneaux d’Ente français.
Deux traditions.
Deux inspirations.
Une seule famille.
Et ainsi est né :

De racines plantées dans le désert , qui ont grandi au-delà des frontières.

وُلدت من الوحدة… وصُنعت بالإيمان.
في عام 1989، حين كانت الجزائر تعاني من نقص في البرقوق المجفف رغم الطلب الكبير عليه كجزء أساسي من تقاليد المطبخ، رأى شقيقان ما هو أبعد من فرصة تجارية.
رأيا رسالة.
في مرآب صغير في البليدة، دون آلات، دون مستثمرين، دون ضمانات، بدأ الأخوان دريوش رحلتهما.
كانت التسعينات قاسية.
أزمة.
جفاف.
خوف.
لا ماء.
لا تكنولوجيا.
لا عمال.
لا ميزانية.
لكن كان هناك إيمان.
حيث رأى البعض صحراء، رأوا هم بساتين.
وحيث رأى البعض مخاطرة، رأوا مسؤولية.
اختاروا الجلفة… واختاروا السرسو… أرضاً ظنّ كثيرون أنها لا تعطي حياة.
لكن الوحدة تمنح القوة.
والإيمان يزرع جذوراً أعمق من الماء.
مرت السنوات…
وقامت المزارع من العدم.
وتحوّل الشك إلى احترام.
واجتمعت الأصالة مع الحداثة.
أصبحت علامات مثل المزرعة و برونيدا حاضرة على موائد رمضان في كل أنحاء المغرب الكبير.
لكن الحلم كبر.
أتقنوا قوة البرقوق الكاليفورني.
واحتضنوا أناقة برقوق d’Ente الفرنسي.
مدرستان.
مصدران.
عائلة واحدة.
ومن هذه الوحدة وُلد الاسم:
